Nature of services
- We provide consulting, design, content preparation and help preparing requests, in line with each platform’s published policies.
- We do not guarantee approval of any verification request, or any number of views, followers or earnings; those decisions and outcomes belong to the platforms and audiences.
- The scope, price and timing of each service are agreed with the client in advance.
Client responsibilities
- Content and links published on your page must be lawful and must not infringe others’ rights.
- Follow the terms and community guidelines of Snapchat and every platform you use.
- Keep your login details private and never share account passwords or verification codes with anyone.
Plans and subscriptions
Your plan determines the templates and features available on your page. When a subscription ends or is downgraded, some features may be disabled without deleting your data. We may suspend any page that breaks these terms.
Intellectual property
Site designs, templates and code are ours. Clients keep the rights to their content and images and allow us to display them on their page only. Work delivered to clients may appear in our portfolio unless the client asks otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we are not responsible for outages beyond our control or for other platforms’ decisions about client accounts.
